Viewing a task list

When you view your list of scheduled, in progress or historical tasks, you can also choose whether to view other users' tasks and system tasks.

To view a task list

  1. From the left-hand pane, expand Picture of the Tasks icon Tasks.

  2. From the left-hand pane, choose one of the task options: In Progress, Scheduled or History. The chosen task list is displayed in the right-hand pane.

  3. To include other users' tasks in the list, from the right-hand pane select 'Show other users' tasks'.

  4. To include system tasks in the list, from the right-hand pane select 'Include system tasks'.

  5. The task list updates to show the additional tasks that you selected.

Notes

  • You can only view other users' tasks and system tasks if you have suitable permissions.

  • The 'Include system tasks' box is only enabled when you select 'Show other users' tasks'.
